OUR PRIMARY SCHOOL: EDUCATION AND ORGANISATION
1. EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT
Our Educational ApproachOur school takes a holistic approach to intellectual, physical, social and emotional development. A structured system monitors all educational and developmental processes to help students make the most of learning, gain self-awareness and develop problem-solving and strategic decision-making skills.
Assessment and EvaluationAssessment is an integrated part of our curriculum. It is used as a formative process that continuously supports learning, going beyond final performance results. Individual progress is monitored regularly, and the information gathered is used to improve learning.
Development ReportsPrepared each term, primary school development reports provide a data-informed record through which teachers and students share qualitative progress. Teachers systematically record their observations using written evaluations and developmental scales.
Portfolios and Student PresentationsPortfolios bring together students’ original work throughout the term and are shared with parents at annual presentation sessions. These presentations strengthen self-assessment, analysis of acquired knowledge and public speaking skills.
