Our eTwinning Project:
“MIT ZAHLEN DURCH EUROPA: KULTUR ERLEBEN UMWELT SCHÜTZEN”Our school is taking part in the international eTwinning project “MIT ZAHLEN DURCH EUROPA: KULTUR ERLEBEN UMWELT SCHÜTZEN”, involving students aged 14–18.
Students from different European countries connect mathematics with everyday life through enjoyable, creative activities and introduce one another to their cultural heritage. The participating countries share their landmarks, traditional dishes and natural and cultural treasures through mathematical problems, puzzles and other activities.
By solving mathematics-based tasks prepared by partner countries, our students discover different cultures while developing analytical thinking, problem-solving, digital literacy, foreign language and cooperation skills.
Promoting sustainable living and environmental awareness is another key aim. Students take part in environmental awareness activities and develop a sense of shared responsibility for a more liveable world.
Bringing cultures together through the universal language of mathematics, the project offers students experience of international cooperation, opportunities to explore Europe’s cultural diversity and encouragement to become environmentally responsible individuals.
We thank all our teachers, students and project partners. We will continue sharing our work throughout the year on our school website and social media accounts.
